This test covers data entry in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and completing Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations and is designed for limited knowledge of QuickBooks on an entry level position.

There are no journal entry or payroll questions.  It contains 40 true or false and multiple choice questions and the applicant has 30 minutes to complete the test. The results of this skills test will be sent to you with a score along with a list of the questions missed to help you get a better understanding of what your applicant doesn't know how to do.  This helps you decide if the missed questions are important to your job opening.

The exam will provide you with the knowledge that your applicant correctly knows how to enter bills, pay bills, create invoices, receive in payments, create customers and vendors and general data entry in QuickBooks.
